After implementing safeguarding actions within our facility, we’re happy to inform our customers that we have been able to maintain our usual levels of production and supply, and we are confident that this will continue throughout the worldwide crisis. Our Current Position
The measures that we put into place as soon as the crisis was made public have allowed us to continue our in-house design, manufacture, and support without any reduction in working hours or output:
- Our production facility, whilst remaining fully operational, was placed on lockdown straight away with all non-essential visits cancelled.
- An occupational safety review was conducted to ensure all production staff can continue to perform their roles at a safe distance from each other. Our production team will now be running in split shifts with no contact between groups.
- Further to the safeguards inside the facility, all of our staff were briefed on the isolation and distancing guidelines to further minimize risk to themselves and their households.
- Remote access arrangements were made as soon as the pandemic developed, meaning the majority of our office staff have been working from home.
Thanks to these actions, and the continued support of all of our staff, we are happy to note that there have been zero known infections within our company this far.
