If a product requires repair under warranty, Brainboxes will either repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

If you need to return a product under warranty, please use the contact form below. No products will be accepted for return without a valid RMA number. Products must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent packaging, which will protect the product in transit.

The customer accepts responsibility and costs for the safe return of the product to Brainboxes.
